We do not guarantee that the quality of the products, information, or other items purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, nor that any errors on the website will be corrected.

Prices

The prices of our products may be changed without notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is validated.

Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us where a legitimate reason justifies it (for example: suspicion of fraud, payment incident, manifestly inconsistent information, inability to deliver to the indicated address). We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

In the event of a modification or cancellation of an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of the order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Delivery

The times indicated are estimated (indicative) and may vary depending on the carrier, peak periods, and external events. In the event of a significant delay, you may contact our customer service. If delivery does not occur after a reminder and a reasonable additional period, you may, under the conditions provided by law, request the termination of the contract and obtain a refund of the sums paid.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the rules applicable to distance selling, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

To exercise this right, you may send us an email at contact@neckchic.com clearly expressing your intention to withdraw, indicating your order number.

You may handle the product as you would in a store in order to verify its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. The original packaging and labels are not mandatory to exercise the legal right of withdrawal, but they are recommended when you still have them in order to protect the product during transport. In the event of handling that goes beyond what is necessary, a depreciation may be applied if justified.

The right of withdrawal also applies to items sold on promotion (excluding specific legal exceptions).

Returns and refunds

Free returns: TG GROUP covers the return costs. After your request, we will provide you with practical instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the acceptance or refusal of the refund. If the refund is approved, it will be made to your original payment method.

Refund period: we will process the refund no later than within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return (and/or after receipt of proof of shipment where applicable), and in any event in accordance with legal time limits.

Legal warranties

Regardless of any commercial policy, you benefit from the applicable legal warranties, in particular the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law.
